I have a scenario where a form is submitted to a sharepoint library and uses then submits to DBXL and eventually maps to SQL. Now the existing SPD workflow when simplified checks for a trigger (IF = YES notify / IF = NO delete item.....)  I want to maintain the record in DBXL and SQL and delete only the Sharepoint list item. Reasoning is that I only want to maintain exceptions in there original form.Can someone quickly explain how to achieve this - I feel it could be simple but I am missing the key step.

If you are using qRues, you may want to try the RefreshSharePointListItems command. Please check Mel's reply at this thread for more information.
