Now the existing SPD workflow when simplified checks for a trigger (IF = YES notify / IF = NO delete item.....) I want to maintain the record in DBXL and SQL and delete only the Sharepoint list item. Reasoning is that I only want to maintain exceptions in there original form.Can someone quickly explain how to achieve this - I feel it could be simple but I am missing the key step.
