Good day all!

Here in lovely FL with a beautiful spring day!!!

Anyway I was wondering if when you create a digital signature in a section and the link you have to select to sign the section says"Click here to sign this section". I was wondering if there was a way to edit that line to be a little more specific, like maybe "click here to sign the budget section". I hope there is a way cause if there is I know you all will help me with it!!!

Hello

Open the XSN in Design Format and extract files
Open the View.xsl and search for "Click here to sign this section" and replace that text with your own text.

Is that the easiest way to do it? I have like 25 signatures I would like to change.

OK, tried to do this in notepad, no luck wouldn't let me save it!!! Try to bring it into the Script editor with no luck.

Now I am confused and lost... DANG!!!

Hi Bernie,
You'll have to extract the files and then close InfoPath. then you should be able to edit.
After you have edited, make sure you right click on the manifest.xsf to open next time since the original XSN doesn't include the changes you made and you will need to republish.
