    Dependant Multiple Selection List Boxes

I'm new here so I apologize if this question is either very basic or not possible. but here's what i'm trying to do. I have a list of employees pulling from an external data source (SP List in this case) And it populates the List Box with the Employees and a check box next to their name, which sends data as a count. Now, what i'd like to do additionally is take the unchecked boxes and display them in yet another Multiple-Selection List Box. I'm not sure if this is possible. What I've tried so far is setting the dependant List Box to "Get Choices from fields in this form", but despite the rules I've put in place it doesn't seem to pull in the employees names that have not been checked. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
