Hello, first time poster here.
I have an Access connected form that simply queries information using one query field and a repeating table that populates records. There are two data connections, the Main Connection that provides the database records, and a secondary data connection that provides the list of available numbers to query from a database table.
The last update that happened to the form, the person using the form just dragged and dropped the template file into a new location for everyone to use instead of publishing or saving as at the new file location. Now, 3 people who use the form get the data connection error as if they are offline, but two of us don't. (I have since made the correct adjustments and re-saved the file properly.)
I have cleared out the affected users cache files in their C: drive location and still, no connection to the form. (the secondary data connection appears as the error connecting to)
Other database connected forms work fine for these people, is there another cached file location to clear? Is there another method to "reset" these forms to become usable?
