What are the options for extracing repeating section data out of a Microsoft SharePoint Form Library and then displaying that line item data neatly (exportable to Access/Excel) for analysis?

There are a few options when it comes to extracting repeating data out of a Form that contains repeating data.

A second option is to use qRules. This common library extends the functions of OOB InfoPath forms to give you more functionality, like mapping to SharePoint lists. The third option would be to use a web service that maps your repeating data to a SQL table. DBXL is great tool for mapping your data to a database.
