ms access query to send individual html emails

Hi all. I did search for this but nothing fits specifically to my requirements. I am new to infopath.... but am quite experienced with excel and access vba. What i would like to do is make a template in infopath to do the following 1. Ms access query to produce a list of emails via a query 2. These emails are then sent an html form for each record the query returns. 3. The client replies to the email with a tickbox/radio button to say they accept to "sign off" a particular step. (This i plan to be a tick box. 4. To send the data to sharepoint list 5. Access detects the changes of the list in sharepoint and an update query will update the relevant record. What i am having trouble with is that i am finding it difficult to send a single form for every record that is returned from the query. Is this possible in Infopath? I can send the responses to sharepoint. . This is very easy. But to have one form to each email a query returns is proving difficult. Can someone point me in the right direction on how i would go about this. I would like to try and stick with Microsoft products if possible. If the is a part that i have missed in my search please provide the link but i havent found anything and I'm pretty sure i may have been looking for the wrong thing. Any good tips or posts already known to you would be helpful. Regards Mike
