    Hide section if DatePicker over 7 days

    I want to warn my users if they pick a date that is under the SLA of 7 days. I thought that I could hide a section that has a big red warning in it if the date that they pick is over 7 days from now but have been unable to work out how to do this. Would anyone be able to help me? I have only just created one form with infopath so apologise if I am missing something simple or been asked before somewhere. Thanks!!

     Hello,

     The best way to accomplish that logic would be to use a helper field that stores the date that the date picker should not exceed. On form load, the form would evaluate this value using the addDays function. On form load you would set your max date to:

    addDays(today(), 7)

    This value could then be used to format a section to hide if the date picked is greater than the max date.

    Let me know if this works for you, or if more details are needed.
