I'm a total newbie with InfoPath but my problem is quite complex (I think)... A former employee created an infopath form to capture new project submissions. Within the form he utilizes sharepoint lists and infopath flags to create a unique project ID each time a new submission is made.
The Project ID uses the format of YYMMDD-##, the ## equals the number of projects submitted on the day. Today we noticed that two projects were given the same ID (my first thought was that these submissions were made at the same time, but they were not).
Would anyone be willing to help me troubleshoot this issue? As I said, I'm a newbie, but I'm ok to navigate and provide info from the InfoPath form and Sharepoint lists as required
