    Promoted columns from people pickers

InfoPath 2010. SharePoint 2010. Forms Services.
I have a form that has 3 people picker fields. I want to promote these 3 fields to the document library so that I can a) Send emails to these people via SP workflow and b) be able to see these people in the library views.

So I publish my form and I promote the first People picker field as "Display Name" (I don't see a way to rename this field or promoted column name.
I then go to promote the second people picker field and Display Name is not available in the drop down - only Account ID and Acount Type.

What is the best way for me to promote all people picker fields and do I have any control over their names?
I'd much rather see "Employee" and "Manager" as columns and not "Display Name" and "Account ID" - I'd rather not see account ID at all as I'd like them displayed as display names

    Solved it.

I used this great tip from here, add a text box, make the text box default value be the value of the display name (people picker), remove text box, promote the text box field.
