Form submission through email. Attach an *Additional* PDF as well as the form

Hi, The situation that I am trying to address is making an invoice coding form. I would like to be able to submit the form and have that send an email to accounts payable but I also need a way to attach a PDF, or multiple, to the email that are the invoices themselves. Is this possible?

     Hi there,

Are you sending the invoice form as an email attachment? If so, then you can simply attach the PDF inside the form and then when the recipients open the form they can download the PDF attachment.

Do you need an actual attachment or just a link to the PDF? It would seem that your requirement is an internal affair, which means you could just hyperlink to a file that you have already placed in a document library somewhere....

What I mean is that if a user attaches documents to your form you use SP web services to push them into a document library and only keep the link to them, then those links can be used in you email.

If your email is going external to your organisation then that can become tricky! But not so much that its impossible
