Hi, I am trying to locate the template referred to in Hilary Stoupa's qRules SubmitToSharePointList - Walkthrough for v4.2 (http://www.infopathdev.com/blogs/hilary/archive/2012/05/30/qrules-submittosharepointlist-walkthrough-for-v4-2.aspx)
The link to the SharePoint template referred to does not load. http://blog.sharepointbits.com/2011/04/sharepoint-2010-northwind-sample.html I get the error HTTP 404 not found.
Please can anyone tell me where I can please get this from?

We do, I think - I found a 2013 site with it on one of our servers at least - I'll save it as a template, then if it is too big to post here, I can use Hightail to get it to you.
I found 3 versions on the site - so downloaded what looks like the most recent - maybe give this one a try?
