Hi,
I am trying to set up a data connection to a SOAP service http://xxxxxxxx/xxxxxx/CVWTest/OOHTEst/_vti_bin/lists.asmx?WSDL
I can see the GetListItems method. When I enter the View name I get
Exception of type 'Microsoft.SharePoint.SoapServer.SoapServerException' was thrown.
<detail><errorstring xmlns="Root'>http://schemas.microsoft.com/sharepoint/soap/">Root element is missing.</errorstring></detail>
I have found a couple of other reports of this on the forum - but have not found a solution.
Any ideas where to start looking ?
