InfoPath form 2010 is not getting displayed as expected in laptop

     Hi,

I have created an InfoPath form that works well in all other system, except for one laptops.

works well ~ implies that form is getting displayed as expected .

All the users are using InfoPath 2010. However form was created in InfoPath 2007.

The difference lies in the system, the one in which the form is not working well is using a laptop and all other are using desktop.

If I change the resolution of the screen (for laptop) the form would work well, however all other application would become so tiny that it is difficult even to read mails.

If additional input is required please let me know.

    Thanks for your help

     Hello Yuraj,

When using multiple devices we recommend publishing and testing often. As you may have guessed, this issue is related to the difference in screen resolution between devices. There are a few options to resolve.

The first would be to make necessary changes to the form that work to display the form well on both device types.

Another option would be to create a view, with a button to switch. Then a view specifically for laptops could be optimized for your users.

Let me know if this works!

    Thank you,

    Bre

     Hi Bre,

     Thanks for the reply.

Can you explain how can we create views(second option) or some which can help me to create views.

     Regards,

    Yuraj
