Hi - I would add a field for status, and use rules for submitting - the first rule would set status to Submitted, the second would submit the form. Then add conditional formatting to fields in your table to make them read only if status = submitted. Add conditional formatting to the repeating table control to not allow insert delete if status = submitted.
