InfoPath Dev

I have an Infopath web browser form the uses QRules to map to a SharePoint list.  My issue is that it is not working consistently.  Some times the submit to SharePoint list works something it does not.  The submit button(with the rules) is the same, but sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Has anyone else experience this issue?

One idea is to drop the Error, Success and Result nodes into the view, to see if these sporadic failures are returning any additional information.

 I dropped the Error, Success, Result nodes in the view, it error because the text field had invalid characters,  I figured out that users copy paste into the memo field from Excel and it was taking the format.  Because this field was not currently being used I just removed the mapping to this field and now it is consistent.
