Copy a line item in repeating table

    Hi,

I have to copy a line item in repeating table and populate the same below to the original row using a custom button. That is when the button is clicked corresponding to a row, that row has to be generated below to it.

    Could you please help me.?

    Thanks in advance

    Hi,

As far as I know, this is not possible without code, but please do correct me if I am wrong. I tried to take a quick check looking for related articles but wasn't able to find anything close to what you need. Going back to the topic, there are two things to consider here, first is inserting a row and second, copying the value/s onto the inserted row. I would strongly recommend trying out qRules' Insert and SetValue commands. It doesn't require coding and is pretty easy to use.

    Hi,

I see. If that's the case, then you would probably need code since inserting a row via button click is not possible out of the box as far as I know. You may also want to check these forum threads for other ideas:

I hope I'm able to point you toward the right direction.
