    Setting Infopath form Timeout

Hi Experts, I am accessing a web service from Infopath 2010 and returning some values back to the form (Inside the webservice I am having one remote function call), Where before returning values I am getting an error from Infopath saying "Failed Connection to datasource". below is the details "The query cannot be run for the following DataObject: parkDCNote InfoPath cannot run the specified query. InfoPath either cannot connect to the data source or the service has timed out." I am sure that the remote function call has called since in my log it shows the value I passed from Infopath. So I think the problem is timeout, Can you please tell me how I can set timeout for Infopath. or tell me how I can solve this problem. Thanks.

    Hi,

If you're familiar with Qdabra's tool called qRules, one of its growing list of useful commands is called QueryData. This allows you to query a web service data connection and specify the timeout duration in seconds. The command syntax would be in the format QueryData /dsname=MyDataConnectionName /timeout=120.
