    Form Version Error?

    Can someone help me with the following error?

    InfoPath cannot create a new, blank form.
    InfoPath cannot open the form. To fix this problem, contact your system administrator.
    Form template: file:///C:\Program%20Files\bSOLVe_LS_Publish\ParametersReceived.xsn
    The form is a newer version than the current form template.

    the XML file which you have is using a newer version than the XSN template which you have published locally.

    To be specific, the XML file was saved with a newer version of the template than the one you have.
