Browser-enabled InfoPath "Submit" button not doing anything when user clicks it

I have a "Submit" button with 2 Action Rules, and the form has been working for a majority of end-users for the past month. (Over 7,000 people are using this form.) However, I've had a couple of calls where someone clicks the "Submit" button to approve the form (and they are authorized to click the button), but the "Submit" button literally does nothing when they click it. I had them try different browsers and it didn't work. I changed the "Submit" button property to "Always" on the Postback settings. Didn't work. Here's the 2 rules on the form: Submit1: "If is blank: Set = "Submitted Submit using data connection: Switch to view: "Submitted" Submit2: "None - Rule runs when button is clicked" Submit using data connection: Switch to view: "Submitted" I've given this 3 hours and can't figure it out. This is holding up people being able to approve travel documents to allow people to fly to business locations. Thanks. I'd be glad to update with any information that could help come to a solution.

    Hi Jdubs,

Forms sometimes get bugged, and for cases like this you may need to create new buttons and re-add the rules. If this doesn't work, would you happen to have a back up of a previous version of your form? If so then re-adding the updates would be easier than starting from scratch. You may also check and compare the manifest files of the working version against the latest version, and hopefully find differences is the coding. Hope this helps.
