I am working for a charity and we are trying to setup a collection/delivery form of donations/purchases for our van. The data taken on the form includes name/address/items to collect/deliver and also Date and time of delivery/collection. Currently, on submit, the form is emailed to a central email address which has email forwarding to 3 other email addresses that need the form data. While it's a bit over complicated, in testing it is working well. I am now trying to setup so that when the form is submitted, a "meeting" is added to the outlook calendar for that "job" with date/time/approx timeframe. This would mean the calendar of the central email account would be our "van daily job sheet" to be printed off every day. Our charity branch is expanding and we will soon run from 2 sites but share the same van so we need a central "booking" calendar with simplicity as the other 2 recipients aren't very computer savvy.
Our systems have just been updated to Office 2013 and we have Office 365, I only have Office 2010 at home so I have extremely limited time to play around while at work and no way of working from home. Our Office 365 setup was only completed today so I haven't had a chance to look into sharepoint etc.
This is my first time properly working with infopath and on a version I am not familiar with, and finding google searches that are for older version or I have no idea as to where to add the codes lol.
