HI - I have a form where I capture the submitter user name and submitters mangaer user name. Once the form is submitted, a workflow runs that removes the global permissions of the form and grants permissions to the submitter and the submitters manager. Unfortunately managers change from time to time, so I need a way to automate a refresh of all of the forms in the library to recapture the submitters manager name and then rerun the permissions workflow to grant the new manager permissions to view the form. Is there a way to automate this process, I will potentially have thousnds of forms in this library. Also, would this completely bog down the system?
