IP Form, Repeating Table populated with External Data - Trying to add sort /filter capabilities

Hi. I have created an InfoPath form that has a repeating table inside of a section. The data is pulled from an ETC. I inserted the form into a page and linked the page to an option in my left navigation. I added a button control to the rows of the repeating table so if a user wants to request a change to that record, they click the edit button, I grab the current() info and display on another form view which has matching SharePoint list fields where they can select what the External fields should be changed to. This launches workflow, emails folks, yadda yadda yadda...... Now this list is large but via a web service I have data returned in about 1 second. Not too shabby. My problem is that I have users at different locations that would only want to see the data pertaining to their specific location. I dont want to have to edit the web service and create a filter, then data connection for each location. I have tried to limit the results of the repeating table by adding a dropdown List to the form where a location can be selected. I added a Query rule to the field on change. Then I added a formatting rule to the repeating table so that if my location not = "00", hide the control. Works great.... but I have 12 locations. I then tried to change the formatting rule on the repeating table so that if my dropdown = "00" and by repeating data table not = "00" to hide the control. (I would need this for all 12 locations). As you can see, my rules will step all over each other. Sooooo originally I just wanted to add a button to several of the column headers that would re-sort the list on click but after much searching wasn't able to find anything. I feel like I am over thinking this. Any suggestions? Corrie
