How to activate form services in sharepoint server

Hi All,

I am kamlesh, software developer by profession and very new to infopath and MOSS, Can any one let me know to activate form services in microsoft office sharepoint server 2007.

Another one is how to retrieve infopath form publish to document library of MOSS back in infopath application.
