    Create List "from" a custom form

    I have a custom form that the person before me previously created. It has not been used as of yet, and they want to start using it. However this person did not create it from a SharePoint list and went straight to custom form. So there is nothing this form is attached to. It has over 75 fields on it, and I really do not want to have to start over. Is there a way to create a list from this form, that does not already exist? Any help would be great. Thanks Paula

    If this form isn't attached to anything, why not publish it to a form library and publish the columns that are required to be seen in a library?
