Hi again,
Using Word View for Print is easiest, but I agree that it is quite limited in terms of its "beauty". There are two other possibilities. One is to write code in your InfoPath form that starts Word (using VBA), loads a template, and an XML file corresponding to the InfoPath form. This may require Full Trust security on the InfoPath form if Word has no function to load XML or if the template load is locked down. The second possibility is to have InfoPath save XML and then have Word load it and display it. You can create an XML smart document in Word that knows how to map an XML file to fields in a Word Document. Both approaches are not easy and will require many hours of work.
