SharePoint dll Exception of InfoPath 2010 code in InfoPath 2013

Hi I am facing a wired exception regarding SharePoint reference/namespace when building the code of InfoPath 2010 form in InfoPath 2013 environment. Here are the complete details: ****** PLEASE OPEN ATTACHED FILE FOR CLEAR ISSUE DESCRIPTION as i am facing formatting issues here******** 1. I have developed a form with code that has sharepoint object model by refering Microsoft SharePoint Dll Version 14. 2. I deployed this form in SP 2010 and SP 2013 and it works fine as expected. 3. In SP 2013 server, i had InfoPath 2013 designer in which I opened above designed form of 2010 in Design mode. 4. Then I opened form's code editor and tried to build. It gives exceptions regarding SharePoint reference/namespace. Then i thought the referred SP dll Version 14 to be downloaded in SP 2013 server and then referred it again. But still same SP reference exception :( 5. Then i thought to test a direct form from InfoPath 2013 and SP reference in code. It works fine without any issues. 6. So came to conclusion that there is some issue with InfoPath 2010 form code that has SP Version 14 dll. Exception: The "ResolveAssemblyReference" task failed unexpectedly. Appreciate your help.
    Thank you
    Raj
