I need to create a survey in SharePoint where Questions are grouped in categories. The requirements are as follows: - Display questions based on question Category -- Question Category 1 -- Question 1 -- Question 2 -- Question 3 -- Question 4 -- Question Category 2 -- Question 1 -- Question 2 -- Question 3 -- Question 4 I do not know scripting, so I am looking for an out of the box solution to create a survey with 30 questions divided in 5 categories. Can anyone help?

I understand that you want to subdivide your survey form into 5 categories, and InfoPath offers an easy way of hiding and showing sections without complex coding. Please see the attached sample form and check the hide-show formatting rules I've added to each group/section, which depends on the category selected at the drop-down list control (save the form > right click > open in design mode). Please let me know if this approach works for you.
