I have to design and build a form where the users will be selecting X number of products from a drop down list box, then answer many questions regarding each product.
I was playing with this and kind of got it to work by using a repeating table. Once the user selects his products from the drop down (could be 5 or 15 or 25...) the ensuing rows
have questions based on these selected items.... I put a repeating table in each row and mapped the drop down listbox to each of the repeating tables. It gives me what I am looking for,,,
however, is there a limit to the number of repeating tables....what if there are 16 products selected, and 40 questions regarding those products.....each product could have a different answer....
Are there any implications in doing it this way. Is there a better way and as for reporting i am already aware I need DBXL to do reporting on something like this.
