How do I keep a running form for multiple users to save as they go, not "save as" every time?

Help!! Our team has set up a form to use for when we receive a new client & we have about 6 people that will be working off the same form which has been published to the client's folder but now that I'm beta testing my form I'm finding that every time I open it & add something I have to "save as" but I don't want to save it as, I want to "save" it so that the next person who opens it can see what has already been completed then check off their items, save it & close it for the next person. We can't have 6 versions of the same form the folder...how do I do this?

I've figured it out, once I save the document as a .xsn I have to save that file as a .xml & then when I save that file it just saves & doesn't prompt me for a save as.
