SaveToSharePoint - Browser Form does not refresh after Save

    Hello,

I have a browser form that uses the SaveToSharePoint command to attach documents to the form and submit the attachments to a SharePoint Library. I want to say that I recall the form would refresh automatically after clicking the button with the SaveToSharePoint command and all of the rules associated with the button completed. After the attachment save, the form would populate the File Link and File Name for the attachment in the appropriate fields on the form.

The problem is that this is not what we are experiencing currently. When we click the save button which should save the attachment to the SharePoint Library, nothing happens. We have tried different document sizes and types for the attachment and have waited longer than five minutes for even the smallest text files to upload, but nothing happens until we manually refresh the browser page. Once we refresh the browser page, the File Name and File Link are visible on the form and the attachment is available in the SharePoint Library.

I may be mistaken about the automatic refresh as it has been a few months since this feature was tested so if the browser form is behaving correctly, please let me know.

We are currently using SharePoint and InfoPath 2007.

Hi - you need to set the postback on the button to Always. It is under the button properties on the Browser tab.
