InfoPath Dev

I discovered that InfoPath does not dynamically change an AD Group in a user role when an AD Group name changes.  For example, I had a user role with an AD group called "Facilities", then the AD group called "Facilities" was renamed to "Facilities_RW", the form rules based on user role was broken.  Is this by design?

 My guess would be yes. Also are your rules matching to a text value? i.e X = Facilities?

 The data connection might update itself but the rule wouldn't - that's by design.
