Using an Infopath Form to populate a sharepoint calendar and send email

While I am pretty tech savvy when it comes to InfoPath and coding and am a newbie, so please pardon my ignorance and I have several stumbling blocks to overcome to reach my ultimate destination. Using InfoPath 2013 I created a very basic "Activity Confirmation" form that our staff would be using as they gather basic information about various activities. With the information gathered from this form I would like to do a few different things... 1 - populate the activity onto a SharePoint calendar - on the form I have a "date picker" field called "DateOfVisit" and another text field called "ActivityTime". Ideally what ever date and time that is entered into these field I would like to populate a SharePoint calendar with some of the other information gathered on this form such as "ActivityName", SchoolName", "teacherName", "TeacherCell", etc... is it possible to do such a thing? 2 - email a copy of the this same Activity Confirmation form to the person making the reservation, while I have figured this feature out what I am stumbling at here is how to make this form read only or to convert into a pdf prior to sending... it is possible to do this any help is greatly appreciated!
