Infopath toolkit for Visual Studio won't install

infopath project for visual studio requires an edition of visual studio that includes vb.net or c# or Infopath SP1

I have VS with vb and c# and I have Office SP2 and I still get the error.

You mightn need to download the .NET sdk. Are you sure you have Visual Studio 2003 with .NET?

I have 2005 but the vsto doesn't seem to have anything for Infopath.
