Last week we changed our PC's at work to new ones running WIn 7 and Office 2010. At the past we had created forms in Infopath which were used as requests from the users. The user sent us a completed form as email, and when the job was done we replied pressing a button on the form and the answer was automated. Since the change, Outlook cannot even open the mails which contain the forms. I can't add a foto but the main point of the message is that outlook cannot open the forms. The Enable InfoPath E-Mail Forms is checked.
I would be thankfull if you could help me. We lose too much time on a daily basis because of this issue.
