Infopath corrupts on trying to publish

Please help,I am developing an infopath 2010 form which I have had to rework over 15times and counting because when I try to publish to sharepoint on some occasions, I receive "The form template has been published to the server, but can only be open in infopath filter..." which corrupts the form. Now I know you may ask me to check the design checker but this is not a design checker issue. My form has no custom code but very complex and has a lot advanced xpath usage and logic has been used, it is also large at 400kb. Sometimes publishing works, other times, it fails and when it fails the view on which I was working before initiating the publishing literally disintegrates or gets corrupted with some sections totally disappearing. I have googled and really to no avail. Please help. This is urgent. Thank you
