HELLO! good evening, I tell them my situation I am trying to install Dbxl test v 2.8 in windows server 2008, I have no problem to install my problem is that when I http://xxxxxx:xxx/QdabraWebService/default screen appears. htm when giving DBXL click Administration Tool brand me an error 400 and 500.0 - Internal Server Error The page can not be displayed because there was an internal server error. How can I fix this problem, agradeciria much your support soon.

Hi - can you check the Event Viewer on the server and find the Qdabra log in the Application logs and see if there are any errors there?

 Hi!!!! This shows me the error in event viewer in:

1.- Failure registering Query Builder template The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found. encountered a critical error and needs attention.

2.- TemplateHandler GET failure for url http://zeus:59000/QdabraWebService/Forms/ID/200/template.xsn encountered a critical error and needs attention:

3.- Error initializing Qdabra DBXL web service encountered a critical error and needs attention

Can you let us know more about your scenario? Are you installing on a separate server (for the Event Receiver scenario) or on same server as SharePoint 2010 (for the Integrated scenario)?

These errors are a little strange; do you remember if the installer showed any errors while executing, or did it finish successfully? If you'd like, you can save the entire Qdabra log (from eventvwr) and send it to use. That will allow us to see whether the installer failed.

This screenshot shows the logon method as Anonymous.

Please check the site where DBXL is installed and check which authentication methods are enabled. Is Windows Authentication enabled?
