how to get the filename of your form as a field on your print view?

Hi I work for the Ohio Department of Natural Resources and I have designed a New InfoPath from SharePoint Process for doing Permits. I am automatically generating my own filenames which are used as the Permit Number. I have 2 views, one view for the form and one view for print. I can't figure out how to get the value of the "Name" column in SharePoint, that is automatically generated as a permit number onto my form as a field in printview. I have been at this all week! P.S for you power users....I can't use any sandbox solutions because they are not enabled in my enviroment for the state. Can anyone please help.

    Hi Jerimiah,

May I know how you are generating the file names?

Thanks for your response but I finally figured it out....I set the filename field in my data connection to "permit number" field and gave it a default value of "concat("CP-14 -" ,max(ID) + 1) " where as CP stands for "Commercial Propagation" and the "14" is of course this year....and it works beautifully!!! Thanks for your response!!!!
