InfoPath Dev

I had to make some content changes to an InfoPath form I had published back in June 2013 that had qrules integration.  The form has a button that executes the qrules "command" function that goes out and grabs some data from different data sources.  The "June" version of the form works perfectly fine.  However, my copy of the form with the content changes (and no code changes) does not execute at all.  I pulled over the qrules values for "error", "result", etc. but I get no results which leads me to believe it isn't even recognizing that Qrules in involved.  I have added the qdabrarules.xml data source back into the form with no luck.  Any suggestions?  What am I missing?

When you say there were no code changes, does this mean that the form does have code? If so, would you be able to run it in debug mode and see if the event for the Command field is firing?

 There is code.  When I run debug it fires off nothing.  No response whatsoever.

Yes.  Sending it now along with the "working" form.
