Does anyone have any good examples of how to manually load information into the master/detail control? Thanks in advance.

Hello mschmit,
To enter data into mater/detail control follow these steps
1. Add a master/detail control
2. Remove insert option for master table
3. Make the fields in master table as read only
4. Preview the form, now you can only insert data in detail section which will be populated into master table
5. You can click on row in master table and get its details in the detail section
