Having an odd issue using the getuserinfo method. I have a button that pulls employee info from the 'GetUserInfo' data connection of the Qdabraad webservice. I am successfully pulling the sAMAccountName and populating it into a text field.

I am trying to pull these additional pieces of information and populate them into their own text fields but nothing is happening. I do not get an error nor do I get data. I am testing with users that I know have that information populated in AD.

countryCode

On the button click the rule sets the 'getuserinfo' query username to their user logon name (firstinitiallastname). It then sets the field values for 'sAMAccountName', 'physicalDeliveryOfficeName' and 'countryCode'. The sAMAccountName is populating in it's field but the other information is not.



Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Can you drag the entire repeating table (in the secondary data source for GetUserInfo)? This table will have a column for Key and a column for Value, and will allow us to see all the available keys.

Let us know whether this table shows both of these keys.

It does not appear to be retrieving any information at all. Not sure how it's getting the sAMAccountName. Please see attached screen shot. I have captured the set field value that is setting the sAMAccountName. The 2 other set value actions are exactly the same using their particular values of countryCode and physicalDeliveryOfficeName.

If the table is not populating, then the sAMAccountName is coming from somewhere else, perhaps another rule or data connection.

I managed to fix it. Crazy as it sounds I moved the action to rule that runs after the strsubmitter is set by the first rule and it works.

I thought I fixed it. I did manage to get it to pull the 'physicalDeliverOfficeName' but not the Country Code. I got it to start displaying the properties that it is retrieving from the service. 'countryCode is not one of them. Is this by design or maybe that field is not promoted to where it can be accessed? As you can see, in the section where all the address information is, 'countryCode' is not there even though it is in AD. Any direction would be greatly appreciated.

I see a Country/region on the right part of the image that matches the co property on the left. There's also a c property with value US.

Is there a countryCode property on the AD profile?

That is an interesting question. The field by default is 'countryCode'. I just checked and it appears we may have changed the name. I hate it when that happens. Then we never know what the fields are............................ Thanks for your help!
