Hello,

 I have a web application open to anonymous users and I want to create an infopath survey that anonymous users can fill out and then submit to a read only form library.

 I was looking at the qrules command : SubmitAsUser as a possible solution

will this work?

It seems that there really is not a SubmitAsUser command but instead just use the following command with some extra switches.

concat("SubmitToSharePoint /dssubmit=ShPSubmit /url=https://mysite.domain.com/formlibrary")

the switch that I need to add is /username  ?

Therefore, my command should look something like...

concat("SubmitToSharePoint /dssubmit=ShPSubmit /url=https://mysite.domain.com/formlibrary /username domain\surveyservice")

does the /username switch need a password in the switch?  should i use domain\userID or just UserID after the /username switch? Is there a better way to allow an anonymous user the ability to submit a form?

Looks like we have a typo in the user guide - I've let Ernesto know & sorry about that!

Syntax for the command is:

SubmitAsUser /dsname=SubmitDataConnection /username=UserToImpersonate 

The additional observations in the user guide are correct - this can only be done in admin deploy forms - I'm not sure about whether only ShP 2010 or also ShP 2013, I'll ask Ernesto to chime in here. 

Hm, I don't know whether SubmitAsUser is going to work in this scenario. SubmitAsUser is meant to allow impersonating a user, so you would need the user's alias (domain\alias). If the user is anonymous, then there's no alias the command could use?
