Promoting a calculated field to a SharePoint list

I have a form that has a calculated field which displays the difference between two dates. I'd like the field to be promoted to the SharePoint list that stores the forms.

It doesn't look like calculated fields can be promoted. Is there a workaround for this?

    Thanks in advance,

    K

    Hello Kei,

A Calculated value in Infopath is just visual container. A quick workaround is to add a hidden field (will not be seen on the canvas), and this new field should aslo contain the formula which obtains the same value as your calculated field. Once you have this added, you may now promote this new field to you SharePoint library or map it to a list.
