Published form won't open because trust level keeps setting to restricted - I don't see why this is hapening

i have been working with a form that connects to an MS access database on my shared network server.  Was working successfully for many days and versions.

I made a change and now the published form wil not open because Infopath says it does not have domain level permission.

The form I am designing with is in a network folder that only I have write permissions for.  I am publishing to an unrestricted folder on our network.  The Access database is in this public folder.

I have tried moving the design file to the public area.

I can open the form in design modew and preview it and all the connections work.

It is only the published form i am having trouble getting to open

If you have code i.e. VB etc. in the form you might need to publish the form as an admin template.

If you don't have code, make sure, File>Form Options>Programmability (I think of the top of my head). Clear any code reference here.
