I have a work flow the moves a document and saves it to a folder in the same form Library. The form is submitted using a job number field and the date field . The workflow then extracts the job number and moves the document into the corresponding folder. The submit connection allows for overwrites. When the user first submits the document everything works as expected...the form gets moved to the appropriate folder.Later in the day the user will open that form and make a change, then resubmit it. It goes back to the form library, the library tries to run the workflow to move it back to the appropriate folder but the workflow fails. I suspect it does not get moved the second time because the form already exists with the same name in the folder, The submit connection allows for overwrites....but I think maybe the workflow doesn't?? Any ideas? I don't want to use Save the second time around to overwrite the file...I have a button the user clicks that fills out several fields and saves it back to the site with the same name.
