InfoPath Dev

Hi, 

I am trying to get my forms for work on SharePoint but when my users open them, they get this error message:

InfoPath cannot open a new form

The form cannot be opened.  To fix this problem, contact the form designer.

Form template: https://...

The query cannot be run for the following DataObject: ...

Infopath cannot run the specified query.

Here's the kicker, myself as well as a couple other users can open and use the form perfectly in our  office, but the office in another city can not.  There are no differences in our connection accept distance.  I am new with Infopath and Sharepoint so please be gentle :)

 Where the data is being held check the permissions. i.e. can User X get to and see the data. In SP sign in as that user so you can test it as them.

I have checked and they can see all of the data and the forms work when I sign in on my computer in their user.   

I'm beginning to wonder if it's a security setting or something on the computer itself, but I would have no idea where to start to figure it out.
