cause you didn´t explain which kind of windows application you talk about I will show you a sample with VB.Net.

Maybe you can use this short procedure.

Private Sub ProcessStartInfopath(ByVal templateName As String)

        Dim Proc As Process = New Process()
        Dim strInfopathForm As String = appInfopathTemplateFilePath + templateName + ".xsn"

        Proc.StartInfo.FileName = strInfopathForm
        Proc.Start()
        Proc.WaitForExit()

End Sub
