 I have a requirement that requires a form be seen by people listed in a separate list. And they can only see the forms they have approved in an assigned task. I am stumped on how to do this.

Can you not create a SharePoint group from this list? Then you could audience target the form library. The you just need to create a filter on the list view. 1.Form status = approved 2. Assigned Task Person= [me] Alternatively use a workflow to set permissions on the form itself
