Sharepoint 2010 not displaying column data from Infopath Form

Recently Sharepoint was upgraded from 2007 to 2010. All of my forms worked flawlessly before the upgrade, but now when I try to update one of the forms or create a new form the values are being created in the xml dataset, but the values are not showing up in the sharepoint columns. The columns that have the property promotion are Time, Date, Subject, Area, Current State and Environment all of which show up in the xml dataset (example below), but are blank in the Sharepoint Forms Libary, even though the columns are bound to the form. I'm being told that our Sharepoint support team doesn't support user created forms, but this doesn't appear to be a forms issue to me, I think it's a sharepoint issue. Just a sidenote that the checkbox values all concat into the Environment field to limit the amount of columns in Sharepoint. And aside from the date/time fields, all other fields are configured on Sharepoint as single line of text.

So - are you saying that property promotion doesn't work even if you create a brand new form and publish it to a brand new library?

Re: Sharepoint 2010 not displaying column data from Infopath Form

If I create a brand new topsite and configure a brand new forms library then yes it works. But if I even just try to create another subsite under the current topsite I get the same symptoms. I also tried rebuilding the form from scratch again, leaving the form very basic and just a single view (the original has 6 views), but again Sharepoint isn't reflecting any of the values even though they show up in the XML dataset.

My thoughts are that a congifuration or setting within the topsite and it's subsites has become corrupt, but our support team doesn't seem interested in troubeshooting it insiting that it has to be the form even though I believe I have proven otherwise. Any ideas would be appreciated because we have a lot of stuff within our sharepoint site and I would hate to have to move it to a new site and configure the 8 other infopath forms, columns, etc that we are using.

I should also add that I have tried converting the Infopath 2007 form to a 2010 form and Infopath Filler form, filling in the form in a browser as well as the native application. I also tried converting the connections to files for a sharepoint connections library. (All of this was done on a test site as to allow me to setup different subsites for testing each senario without impacting production)
