Selections made in View 1 Multiple Selection box to appear in View 2

    Hi everyone,

I have a form that has many multiple selection boxes that have more options than will fit on one page, so when users attempt to print or convert to PDF the current view ("View 1"), not all options appear. Therefore, I created a second view ("Print View"), but I don't know how to set it up so that when there is a selection in View 1, that only the selected item(s) will appear in Print View. Can anyone help me? Remember, I am a newbie, so please try to provide instructions as if you were writing to your grandmother. ;)

     Thanks so much in advance!

Hmmmm. I'd use expression boxes (or calculated values) - I think if the field is blank, they won't take up any space (or you could hide them as needed). Attach your form under the Options tab if that is too general so I can see what you've got going on. :)
