    Rule to set check box based on combination of previous selections

    Posting here cuz this feels like a newbie question and I'm just missing something! I saw a previous post about setting a rule on a check box based on a text box entry, this is similar but combines several buttons which should affect a final check box. I want this check box to automatically check 'true' if the 4 previous buttons have also been set to 'true'. I can get the rule to work if I add it to one of the option buttons, but it's only working for that one button. If I add additional conditions to include the other option buttons, it won't work. This is how it's laid out: [OPTION1] [OPTION2] [OPTION3] [OPTION4] [CHECKBOX] So, if all option buttons are 'true' then the checkbox should be checked. What should the rule be and where should it be attached?

     If you change your checkbox to a Text datatype (instead of True/False), then you can use a default value formula to accomplish this:

    [OPTION1] = "true" and [OPTION2] = "true" and [OPTION3] = "true" and [OPTION4] = "true"

     The other approach is to use this formula in a rule on each of your other buttons.
